• Collaborate with principle on discontinued products, newproduct’s pack shot and APFS
• Handle customer’s call-in queries
• Upload sales items to system (ERP/DMS) when there’s new SKU or change of item code and description
• · Sync daily orders to WMS, consolidate all orders, raise Sales Order, upload confirmation to ERP, release order and post to sales journal
• Perform inventory adjustments, support Sales department to create and place orders to supplier on time, and Warehouse & Logistics team enquires
• Prepare & close Picking List on time, ensure dataflow thru the system accurately
• Report to supplier if any discrepancy

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience - Preferred with 2 years working experience in relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Company transport pick up/drop off at Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT station

Job Description

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for rock climbing programmes and events, including corporate bonding, team-building events, classes, and courses.

• Coordinate and manage programmes and events from planning to execution for all secured accounts.

• Work with Course Leads and Operations team to ensure operational viability and programme effectiveness.
