Job Description

• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided at Joo Koon MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (9.00am – 6.00pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, simple design ideas, and work schedules.
• Manage projects and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Provide general office admin support and keep operations running smoothly.
• Issue invoices, record customer payments, and handle basic billing tasks.
• Check and verify staff petty cash claims.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
• Other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly and year-end closing

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions

• Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules for management review

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on audit, tax, and statutory matters

• Prepare sales invoices and manage accounts receivable

• Process vendor invoices and manage payment runs

• Process staff claims

• Prepare and submit GST returns and related schedules

• Review and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries supported by relevant documents

• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting; candidates with more than 3 years of full set accounting experience may be considered for a senior position

• Familiar with Singapore accounting standards, GST, and statutory compliance

• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet month-end deadlines
