• Review vessel repair specifications and scope
• Prepare quotations based on manhours, materials, and subcontractor costs
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for pricing accuracy
• Attend vessel inspections when required
• Coordinate with production and commercial teams
• Follow up on bids and client enquiries
• Perform ad-hoc commercial duties as assigned
