Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure goods are handled efficiently and safely.

• Perform inbound and outbound operations such as receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

• Load and unload cargo and arrange items according to storage plans.

• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) when required.

• Check incoming shipments for quantity and damage.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.

• Coordinate with transport, customer service, and operations teams for timely delivery.

• Conduct cycle counts and stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain).

• Follow all safety, health, and operational procedures.

• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Basic experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

• May need to lift items up to 20 kg.

• Able to work shift hours or overtime when required.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse management processes or systems (WMS) is a plus.

· Handle full set of accounts including GL and Reporting and monthly/yearly closing.

· Preparation of quarterly GST submission.

· For book keeping accounts. Record and classify all accounting transactions. Make sure correct accounts, posts, verifies and balances debit and credit entries.
