Requirements

• Supervise daily laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packing.
• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance and support, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Assign tasks and schedule work shifts to meet operational needs.
• Inspect cleaned items to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor use of laundry chemicals and equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety.
• Train new employees on laundry procedures, machine operation, and safety guidelines.
• Handle minor repairs and maintenance of laundry equipment or report issues to maintenance staff.
• Maintain inventory of supplies (detergents, fabric softeners, etc.) and order as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Ensure all hygiene and health regulations are followed according to company policy.
• Communicate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, or clients) to coordinate laundry needs.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in laundry operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge of laundry equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Perform data entry with precision to uphold accurate and organized financial documentation
• Assist in bank reconciliation and month-end closing to support accurate financial reporting
• Support payroll and claims processing as needed to facilitate employee compensation and reimbursements
• Execute ad-hoc finance and administrative duties to support the finance team’s operational needs

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software to efficiently manage financial data
• Detail-oriented and responsible to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial tasks

• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Adjusters which includes typing, amending and issuing of documentation on operations system;
• Preparation of billing invoice for approval;
• Create, save and maintaining electronic correspondences to ensure claims are up to date during the lifecycle of the claim;
• Record and update all data and timesheets ensuring data accuracy in the processing of all claims;
• Assist Adjusters to follow up with clients with email chasers/ phone calls;
• Assist with incoming call queries, provide relevant basis assistance, update the Adjusters and escalate more complex/ technical queries for Adjusters to respond;
• Review outstanding fees list and issue follow up correspondence for Adjusters;
• Prepare and update monthly bordereau for clients;
• Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company;
• Any other related duties as assigned.
