RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, Future Care Planning (FCP) will report to the Senior Manager, FCP, which is under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS). CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that respond to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community.

The Manager will assist the Senior Manager to oversee programmes, which includes Life+, Life Coaching and Home-based Care services. Life+ is a pilot initiative to enable and sustain inclusive community living and ageing in place for PWID through tailored client support, future care planning and the building of community capacities.

Job Description & Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers comprising of process, mechanical and electrical engineers work on projects that involve multiple applications including SCADA, plant controls, telecommunications networks, and related systems.
• Prepare an overview after review of the Client’s IC&A strategy and compared it with project provisions.
• Preparation of Instrument List and cabling requirements and scope matrix will be your responsibility when procurement is required for the IC&A scope.

• Product Strategy: Developing a strategic vision and roadmap for the product, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives. Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback to identify market opportunities and define the product’s value proposition.
• Product Planning and Definition: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design and marketing, to define the product requirements, features, and functionality. Creating and maintaining product specifications and documentation.
• Product Management: Leading the product development process, including prioritising features, setting timelines, and managing the product development lifecycle. Coordinating with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of the product.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders, such as executives, customers, sales teams, and support teams, to gather feedback, understand requirements, and communicate the product strategy and updates. Balancing competing priorities and managing expectations.
• User Experience (UX) and Design: Collaborating with UX designers and researchers to ensure the product provides a user-friendly and intuitive experience. Conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into product design and development.
• Product Launch and Marketing: Planning and executing product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and promotional materials. Monitoring product performance and customer feedback post-launch.
• Data Analysis and Iteration: Analysing product metrics, user behaviour, and market trends to make data-driven decisions. Iterating on the product based on user feedback and performance data, continually improving its features and functionality.
• Product Evangelism: Serving as a product evangelist, internally and externally, by educating and training teams, supporting sales efforts, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in industry events and conferences.

Job Summary

Support project management by overseeing site operations, ensuring safety and quality compliance, coordinating with clients, and resolving issues to complete construction projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in coordinating and executing all site activities to ensure smooth project operations
• Monitor project progress and enforce environment and safety standards on site to maintain compliance with WSHA regulations
• Identify and resolve site problems promptly to keep projects on track within contractual deadlines
• Coordinate with clients by attending regular meetings to communicate project status and address concerns
• Prepare and review comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks for the project
• Assist in testing and commissioning civil, structural, and architectural equipment to verify functionality and compliance
• Ensure all work complies with the Project Quality Plan to meet established standards and client expectations
• Maintain accountability of employees and subcontractors by monitoring performance and adherence to safety protocols
• Participate actively in resolving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) issues to promote a safe work environment
• Communicate and report HSE issues and incidents promptly to relevant stakeholders for timely action

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building Construction Management or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings with detailed understanding
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience
