Our client, a leading A1 Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Architectural Coordinator to join their site office team. This role involves coordinating architectural design, drawings, and documentation on construction sites to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, coordinate, and manage architectural drawings and project documentation on site
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify design requirements and resolve on-site issues
- Communicate design updates and changes to site teams, ensuring accurate implementation
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any discrepancies against architectural plans
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, design standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support Project Managers and Site Engineers with technical input and reporting
- Assist in producing as-built drawings, RFIs, and construction documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination, site architectural roles, or project administration
- Proven experience in site-based construction administration, document control, and design coordination
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with large-scale construction projects is an advantage
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and site coordination skills
