Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of clerical and administrative staff.
• Maintain and organize construction project records, contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
• Monitor and update project documentation, reports, and filing systems.
• Coordinate submission of documents to clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
• Track workers' records, attendance, training certificates, work permits, and related documentation.
• Assist in procurement administration, including purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

Requirements
