• Drive ERP and financial process improvements / automation

• Provide financial insights and strategic advice to CEO and Board

• Support M&A, restructuring, and business expansion initiative

Qualification

• Minimum Degree in relevant field 
• Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of experience in financial management, with SGX-listed company exposure.
• Proven experience in SGX Catalist compliance, sponsor dealings, and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, IFRS/SFRS standards, and internal controls.
