The Import Planning Executive is responsible for overseeing end-to-end import and export planning activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. Key Responsibilities
Import Planning

• Manage the full order cycle for inventory, coordinating with suppliers and distribution centres to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Supply & Demand Planners to incorporate accurate market information into forecasts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan for promotions, festive build-ups, new product launches, excess stock, and product discontinuations.
• Monitor shipment schedules, proactively resolving delays, discrepancies, and customs clearance issues.
• Address supplier fulfilment problems and submit claims in line with SOPs.
• Provide feedback to Category Managers on cost changes and regulatory compliance issues.
