Responsibilities:

• Respond to breakdowns and provide on-site technical and maintenance support
• Carry out routine repairs and troubleshoot installation issues
• Maintain daily transfer records for accurate tracking
• Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of machines
• Assist with ad-hoc machine and parts deliveries as needed
• Assist with office-based system setup
• Unbox, inspect, set up, and test new machines and accessories; handle system setup and documentation
• Coordinate delivery and urgent transfer of aesthetic machines with engineers and sales teams

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Experience in machine delivery and maintenance servicing
• Strong technical troubleshooting and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of laser and aesthetic equipment is an advantageous
• Team player with a responsible attitude and willingness to learn
