• Responsible to analyze, review and approve customer ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and Implement ECO for Engineering related.
• Responsible to develop and maintain (review and approve) Work Instructions, Equipment procedures and Validation / Verification protocol & report etc.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Research and Development (R&D) Director or Assistant Director or Senior Manager to lead the development and enhancement of consumer products for the Gain City portfolio.

This role will oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through testing, sourcing, certification, and launch. Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement R&D strategies, procedures and techniques, and architectures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
