The Nalanda Professorship in India-China Studies is a unique partnership between the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Nalanda Library Fund Limited (NLFL), grounded in a mutual commitment to research excellence and international cultural exchange. This initiative seeks to advance the study of India-China relations by exploring the deep historical, cultural, economic, and intellectual ties between these two great civilizations.

The successful applicant will be hosted at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and will work with the Centre on Asia and Globalisation (CAG) and the Nalanda Visiting Professor based at the Asia Research Institute (ARI). The Nalanda visiting professorship will be held by a distinguished expert in India-China studies, who will conduct original research and oversee a long-term project to compile an encyclopaedia of India-China relations. Introduction of the Role

The primary mission for the Assistant Centre Manager is to actively support and contribute to the overall success of the Aureus centre under their purview. Working directly with the Centre Manager, the Assistant Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the established sales strategies and systems. The Assistant Centre Manager drives scalable sales initiatives aligned with divisional goals, fostering a positive environment through proactive collaboration. Job Responsibilities

1. Performance Enhancement and Feedback- Regularly evaluating the front desk team's performance in providing excellent service, effective customer communication, sales proficiency, positive customer experiences, professional conduct, and packaging through a 360-degree feedback loop involving various stakeholders for centre under their purview.
2. Enhance Centre Experience- Administering and overseeing logistical and facilities maintenance operations to ensure a seamless and well-maintained working environment, comparable to a 5-star hotel experience. This encompasses upkeep, cleanliness, and overall experiential quality.
3. Sales and Growth- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth. Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
4. Workplace Culture and Etiquette- Promoting a positive work environment aligned with company values. Execute initiatives to address challenges and organize staff welfare events, aiming to achieve a target employee satisfaction index score.

Job Summary

Support dental procedures by preparing patients and instruments, assisting dentists during treatments, managing clinical records, and maintaining dental equipment and supplies to ensure smooth and effective dental care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures to ensure readiness and comfort
• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and set up instrument trays to maintain infection control
• Assist dentists during clinical treatments to facilitate efficient patient care
• Record detailed treatment information accurately in patient records for documentation
• Expose dental x-rays and maintain dental x-ray equipment to support diagnostics
• Provide postoperative instructions to patients as directed by the dentist to aid recovery
