As an Artist & Talent Manager at WILD Group, you will oversee a portfolio of artists and/or talents, driving their professional growth and maximizing their brand opportunities. Your role is primarily focused on talent development, brand partnerships, and client liaison. You will play a key role in fostering relationships with talent, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of branded campaigns.

This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and industry expertise to enhance talent success while aligning with WILD Group’s business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned talent, managing their professional growth, opportunities, and industry relationships.
• Maintain a minimum number of active talents/artists under management, as set by the company. If this number falls below the threshold, it will be your responsibility to proactively identify, source, and onboard new talent.
• Negotiate favorable terms for collaborations, partnerships, endorsements, and other professional engagements on behalf of talent.

12. Design, Events & Marketing

• Review restaurant layouts and operating equipment.

• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Present risks, opportunities, corrective actions, and recommendations to ownership.
