Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning and design of game products, including requirement gathering and analysis
• Define and develop core gameplay systems, mechanics, and balancing frameworks, with continuous optimization and iteration
• Review and guide game design proposals, set design direction and framework, and design key game modules
• Analyze game performance data and market trends to support product strategy and direction
• Improve development processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee project progress across all stages, including concept, development, and marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• Proven experience in game design, with participation in successfully launched game projects preferred
• Solid experience in the gaming industry with a strong understanding of the end-to-end game development lifecycle
• Experience in project coordination or team leadership is an advantage
• Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for the gaming industry and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Design & produce electrical drawings, BOM and documentation for factory production

• Understands the ISO standards and various regions standards for design considerations

• Works closely with procurement to engage and qualify suppliers and parts

• Works closely with manufacturing team in the electrical installations of the product and ensures smooth flow in the production line

• Have good understanding of generator controller and alternator working concepts

• Works closely with Industrial Solutions and sales to understand the design requirements and provide timely response to tender submission

• Support in testing and validation of design including parameter optimization for controllers, governors, AVR, PLCs, HMI 

• Design & Program various controllers, PLCs, HMI if necessary

• Provides on-site and remote troubleshooting support if needed

• Lead in continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and improve work efficiency

• Assists in managing, training, developing and mentoring junior engineers, ensure standard engineering practice among the engineers

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Min 5  years of relevant working experience

• Required to be skilled in SEE Electrical

• Experience in process change management tools and methodologies

• Knowledge in PLC electrical design, controllers, generators, switchgears and transformers
