Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure M&E works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Review M&E shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions before submission to consultants.
• Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are completed on schedule and within project requirements.
• Coordinate M&E works with architectural and structural works to avoid clashes and delays.
• Attend coordination meetings, site meetings, and technical discussions with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore authorities’ requirements, including BCA and relevant statutory regulations.
• Monitor testing and commissioning of M&E systems and ensure proper documentation submission.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site related to M&E works.
• Ensure safety standards and proper work procedures are followed on site.
• Assist Project Manager in planning and coordinating M&E installation activities.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain proper site records for M&E works.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant M&E coordination experience in building construction projects in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.
• Familiar with local authority requirements and submission procedures in Singapore.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with consultants and subcontractors.
• Familiar with BIM coordination and clash detection (preferred).
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)    
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D BIM models for commercial kitchen equipment.  

• Coordinate BIM workflows, ensuring integration between different design disciplines.  
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams.  
• Generate schedules, quantities, and material take-offs from BIM models.  
• Maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, and libraries.  
• Support project managers and engineers with design updates and revisions.  
• Communicate effectively with all the stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).  
• Minimum level 1-3 years of relevant working experience.  
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes.  
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Requirements:

• BA / B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Management or equivalent

• +2 years of experience in manufacturing companies, solid experience in demand planning, customer services, or supply chain management.
• Strong excel skills – Must be proficient in Excel (including formulas, functions, pivot etc..)
• ERP/Oracle systems – a plus.  ERP Priority - an advantage

Job Summary

Prepare and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works schedules and drawings to ensure compliance with authorities and project requirements. Monitor installation, conduct inspections, and resolve design and construction issues to support smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare M&E works schedules aligned with the project master schedule to ensure timely progress
• Monitor shop drawings and material submissions for accuracy and completeness
• Verify M&E drawings comply with authorities’ requirements to maintain regulatory standards
• Identify and highlight discrepancies or conflicts between M&E, architectural, and structural drawings to prevent construction issues
• Prepare detailed progress reports to track project status and inform stakeholders
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and project teams to resolve design and construction issues and ensure smooth work delivery
• Monitor installation work to confirm adherence to coordinated plans and specifications
• Conduct inspections and testing of building works, documenting inspection records for verification by RE/RTO
• Follow up on rectification work and other necessary corrective actions to maintain quality standards
• Ensure all sub-contractors provide drawings as per coordinated requirements to maintain project consistency
• Guide M&E supervisors on site work to align with coordinated plans and project objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an M&E Coordinator in a local construction firm
• Good knowledge of local standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
