• Assist doctors and aesthetic therapists during treatments and procedures when required.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and necessary supplies before procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of clinic equipment and treatment areas.
• Dispense skincare products as instructed by doctors.
• Handle cashiering, billing, and administrative duties.
• Provide good customer service and attend to patient enquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Experience in a clinic, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Client-facing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills for registration and billing systems.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends.

• Location: Scott Square  
• Working Days/Hours: 5 days inclusive of weekends. Clinic opening hours: 9am-8.30pm
• Salary: Up till $3,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day warehouse operations for our brands. This role involves handling stock management, order fulfillment, quality checks, and ensuring smooth logistics processes to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily warehouseoperations including receiving, unpacking, and organizing K-Beauty products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Inspect products for quality and ensure items are properly labeled and stored
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries and shipments
• Assist in restocking shelves and replenishing inventory in the warehouse
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
• Support administrative tasks related to operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles preferred
• Knowledge or interest in Beauty products is an advantage
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Physically fit to handle warehouse duties, including lifting boxes
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order management
