Job Summary

Buildo Engineering PTE LTD seeks a responsible Admin Assistant to support procurement operations by managing supplier communications, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and procurement records to ensure efficient department functioning.

Responsibilities

• Source and communicate with suppliers and vendors to support procurement needs
• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices accurately to facilitate purchasing
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on orders to ensure timely receipt of goods
• Maintain organized procurement documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval
• Support inventory tracking and coordinate with the operations team to align stock levels
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned to support department efficiency
• Communicate clearly with team members and external contacts to ensure smooth workflows
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage procurement data and documentation effectively

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant to join a project that integrates classical machine learning and AI with quantum computing on graphs datasets, with applications in drug development. The selected candidate will work on a research project of Duke-NUS AI + Medical Sciences Initiative (DAISI), which serves as the School’s hub for Academic AI and Data Science. This project will be conducted in collaboration with the Centre for Biomedical Data Science (CBDS) at Duke-NUS Medical School and the Centre for Quantum Technologies at National University of Singapore (NUS).

The selected candidate will perform a range of research activities focused on developing new AI algorithms and hybrid classic-quantum approaches for drug discovery under the supervision of the Principal Investigator or his/her designate. The candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Perform tasks and support all aspects of the research project.
• Carry out algorithmic development and data analysis.
• Implement state-of-the-art algorithmic improvements from recent literature in graph and geometric deep learning.
• Develop new geometric deep learning algorithms, from theory to experimental implementations, or adapting existing ones to problems in drug discovery.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described therein.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a related scientific area (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science) with demonstrated hands-on experience in developing deep learning, geometric deep learning, and generative AI algorithms. Candidates with higher credentials may be considered for Research Associate appointment.
• Experience with PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python coding, with exposure to bash and multiprocessing environments.
• Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and GPU programming.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a diverse work environment.

We are looking for part-time assistant photographers to assist our professional photographers in Corporate Headshot / Portraits Photography services. 

Requirements:

• Have a passion in photography and know the fundamentals

• Knows how to set up photography lighting equipment

• Having done Corporate Photography is a plus, but not necessary

• Able to use photo editing software like Lightroom. 

• Service-oriented (important as you will be facing clients!)

• Communication skills (proficient in English)

• Ability to work flexible hours on a part-time basis

• Travelling to different locations for shoots/events

• Owning your own laptop is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist the photographer in setting up the backdrop, lights, and tether connection on the laptop.

• Assist the photographer in testing the setup.

• Liaise with the client in charge during the photoshoot to ensure that the shoot is well executed in a professional and timely manner

• Assist participants in selecting their photos after taking photos, and give recommendations according to your photography knowledge.

• Assess the photos selected in the lens of photography (focus, sharpness, composition) 

• Assist in tearing down the setup after the photoshoot and perform an equipment check.

Job Description

• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.

• Monitor daily operations and conduct site inspections with clients (e.g. CAG); follow up on cleaning gaps.

• Plan work schedules and deploy manpower efficiently.

• Review cleaning job reports and prepare information for monthly meetings.

• Compile basic operational data and propose improvements to work processes.

• Conduct daily roll calls and team briefings.

• Manage staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

• Handle feedback, investigations, and incident report submissions.

• Ensure operational KPIs are met.

• Perform other reasonable ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in cleaning operations or a related field.

• Able to work at East location(s).

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend duties.

• Good communication and basic supervisory skills.

Remuneration

• Salary: SGD 3,400 – 3,800, commensurate with experience.
