• Experience in indoor playgrounds, family entertainment centres, activity venues, attractions, theme parks, or hospitality-related operations
• Experience handling front-line teams, shift planning, and outlet KPI performance

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dependable and mature Store Manager who is willing to be physically present on site, lead the team from the front, and take ownership of the outlet’s daily performance. This is not a desk-bound HQ role. It is a hands-on outlet leadership role that requires strong execution, discipline, and people management.

Creating innovative dishes, designing menus, and developing recipes to enhance the dining experience. Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, and ensuring high-quality standards. Leading, training, and motivating kitchen staff, scheduling shifts, and fostering a collaborative, safe work environment. Ordering supplies, managing inventory, managing budgets, and calculating food costs to ensure profitability. Ensuring strict compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and health and safety policies.

• Assist fellow Team Members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service.

• Assist guests on their respective requests and deliver based on their ability.

• Possess knowledge to upsell, well-versed in all aspects of the menu.

• Support Restaurant Manager in achieving all goals and Key Performance Objective.

• Ability to upsell, promote and ensure that the guest is enjoying their dining experience.

• Ability to charm guests with his/her knowledge of the food& beverage products in a friendly and approachable manner.

• Ability to explain the food menu in terms of preparation methods, ingredients used, portion size and presentation.

• General knowledge about food allergies, dietary restriction, common brand of beverages to ensure smooth recommendation to guests.

• Ability to read the different types of guests and dining clientele.

• Ability to mold his/her service output to suit the type of clientele that he/she is serving at the table.

• Maintain the utmost cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.

Core Purpose of The Role:

To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Sales Executives, enabling efficient client engagement, effective deal execution, strong reporting discipline, and smooth day-to-day business operations. Your work enables the team to focus on revenue generation by streamlining processes and optimizing client interactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Calendar & Meeting Management for Senior Sales Executives 

• Manage calendars across time zones Senior Vice Presidents and Vice-President of the TV Distribution team to ensure strategic sales meetings and high-value client touchpoints take precedence.   
• Schedule internal, client and partner meetings, including video calls and in-person meetings.  
• Ensure agendas, dial-in details, meeting rooms and materials are prepared in advance.  
• Anticipate conflicts and optimize scheduling priorities.

2. Travel, Logistics & Expense Management 

• Arrange all business travel including flights, hotels, ground transport and visas where required for client meetings, regional business trips, markets and conferences. 
• Ensure flawless execution of client-facing activities, manage last-minute changes when needed.   
• Prepare and submit T&E claims accurately and on time; ensure policy compliance and resolve discrepancies. 

3. Sales Support 

• Act as liaison for client communications, scheduling calls and meetings with key partners. 
• Develop meeting schedules for major industry events with a focus on maximizing networking opportunities and client engagement.   
• Organize client engagement and networking sessions to strengthen revenue-driving relationships, while maintaining and updating client lists, invitations, and RSVP tracking for screenings, premieres, and industry events. 

4. Sales Reporting & Operations 

• Reporting & Data Management: Collate and validate data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports; coordinate inputs across territories; ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission; maintain organized records and version control. 
• Client & CRM Management: Maintain accurate client contact details and trackers that evolve into CRM insights, enabling personalized outreach and strategic engagement. 
• Process & Documentation: Organize and maintain shared drives, trackers, and documentation for client engagement, event planning, and sales processes.  
• Workflow Coordination: Track key deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups; facilitate smooth communication between Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other NBCU teams to ensure operational efficiency. 

5. General Administration 

• Handle courier arrangements, document formatting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
