• Perform billing including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payments transaction
• Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
• Top up medications, inventory and assist in stock taking as required
• Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O’ level, NITEC, Higher NITEC in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably stay in the northeast area.
• Must be able to commit to full-time hours up to 44hr per workweek 5.5 day week.
• Must be able to commit to 3 nights and 1-weekend shifts.
• A good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate about customer service.
• Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
• Good command of spoken English.
• The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage

Monthly Salary: UP to $3300 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Multiple Locations

Working hours: 5.5 Days work per week, shift basis (Working on weekends required)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience.

• Responsible for full staffing of the outlet (rostering).

• Train and assist retail sales team to provide best customer service.

• Actively assist to identify and solve any issues relevant to in-store operations and people operations promptly.

• Plan and manage in-store promotion events by working closely with the marketing team.

• Proper stock replenishment (FIFO) to ensure quality and freshness of products.

• Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are properly maintained.

• Maintenance of outlet and equipment.

• Be open to learning new things and enjoy learning journey.

• Job rotation between various departments

Qualification and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.

• Experience with the use of Excel

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify and obtain potential client leads for business development
• Initiate and follow up on cold calls to potential clients to generate interest and secure meetings
• Lead the team to gather client requirements, design briefs, and necessary information while managing client expectations effectively
• Plan and monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate clearly with the team to prepare comprehensive proposals including cost estimates for timely submission
