Part-Time Recruiter / HR (Singapore Experience Required) – Remote | ZoomZoomShip
ZoomZoomShip is a logistics company currently undergoing a restructuring phase as we pivot and build towards our next stage of growth. We are focused on strengthening our operations, improving execution, and building a reliable team for long-term scale.
We are looking for a recruiter with hands-on HR experience in Singapore who can go beyond resumes and identify candidates who truly fit our culture and way of working — especially in a changing and evolving environment.
This is not a purely administrative role — you will be responsible for assessing mindset, attitude, and real-world capability, while also ensuring basic HR practices are aligned with Singapore requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles
Conduct initial interviews with a strong focus on culture fit and attitude
Recommend only top high-quality candidates per role
Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring process
Prepare or adapt employment contracts (Singapore context)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure basic HR practices align with Singapore regulations
Requirements (Must-Have):
Experience in HR or recruitment within Singapore
Familiar with Singapore employment practices (contracts, basic MOM guidelines, hiring process)
Strong ability to assess candidates beyond resumes
Decisive, independent, and confident in filtering candidates
Good to Have:
Experience hiring for operations, logistics, or startup environments
Comfortable working in fast-changing environments
