Job Summary

The Lead Loss Prevention Engineer is responsible for leading and managing all technical safety and loss prevention engineering activities for offshore Oil & Gas projects. Our client is looking for an experienced individual with a background in SWIFT-related business domains (standards, payments and securities) and a strong technical knowledge in trading system to join the Reserves and Securities Management Team.

Position Summary

The Associate Engineer, Test Process reports to the Test Manager and is responsible for setting up the test readiness on the shop floor. • Track and analyse sales data to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring attention

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is typically required

• Advanced certifications or training in sales or technical fields are a plus

2. Industry Experience:

• Previous experience or familiarity with semiconductor or precision manufacturing industries is highly preferred

3. Work Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Field Application Engineer, or Technical Sales role, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environments

• Hands-on experience supporting the end-to-end sales cycle, including customer engagement, technical proposal support, and contract negotiation

4. Communication:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers at all levels, build rapport, understand customer’s needs, and deliver sales presentations

5. Problem-Solving Abilities:

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, provide technical solutions, and troubleshoot challenges

6. Travel & Flexibility:

• Willingness to travel to meet with customers, attend industry events and internal business development activities

• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate urgent requests and customer schedule in different time zones
