• Experience with commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects

• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes and regulations (e.g., SS CP 13, CP 18, NEA, SCDF, BCA)

Responsibilities:

• Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of all Mechanical & Electrical works. 
• Ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.
• To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.
• Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site.
• Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain and update site records on project progress.
• Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship of M&E works on site.
• Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 8 years’ (RTO) experience in the supervision of M&E installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
• Experience in manufacturing facilities

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under BCA
• Supervise timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions
• Check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved plans for discrepancies and report to OIC
• check on quality of works, materials and samples delivered to site, take measures to rectify any non-compliance and report to OIC on any materials not conforming to specifications
• prepare defect lists, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified
• Supervise works to comply with statutory requirements and specifications
• Ensure that structural elements or critical works are being carried out in accordance with approved plans
• Attend site, progress, variation, QAQC and coordination meetings and to keep proper minutes of these meetings
• Help resolve main contractors' queries and coordinate the works with other contractors
• Inspect and assist with handing/taking over of completed works by other contracts
• Ensure that proper and updated records of all works are kept

Criteria

• RTO-M&E shall possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic or equivalent;
• Min 5 years of relevant experience as RTO (M&E), of which at least 2 years shall be involved in the supervision of airfield systems, utilities, fuel hydrant, building services, and security systems;
• Shift work, including night shift.
• Have a valid 2026 RTO Certification accredited by IES

• Preparation of project documents including BQ
• Handling Design & Build projects
• Prepare optimised design solutions for projects
• Prepare Design drawings (Single Line Drawings & layout)

Requirement

ROLE PROFILE:

The E-Channel Service Center officer is a key member in the Client Service Network (CSN) team. He/she is responsible to provide first level Digital Platform support by phone and/or e-mail to Clients. He/she has to analyze and answer/handle the Client’s enquiry/request, as well as collaborate with colleagues from other units in the Bank who are providing second level support for the Bank Digital Platform.

KEY FEATURES

• Support the clearance of Long Form Deficiency and signature verification of Operational Documents such as Corporate Action Reply Letters, Subscription of Private Equity Documents, Investment Related Forms etc.
