Summary
The Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment) is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including internships, grants administration, and workforce planning. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Support and implement employee engagement initiatives, including employee programmes, recognition initiatives, and talent retention efforts.

• Manage and oversee employee grievance handling processes, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly, fairly, and confidentially.
