Hana Film is a self-photo booth studio with locations across Singapore & Malaysia.

We create trendy, aesthetic spaces where people can capture memories in their own way. From photostrip designs and seasonal concepts to collaborations and campaigns, we're always exploring new ideas and looking for creative people to grow with us.

We're looking for a designer with great taste and strong execution skills. Someone who can take an idea, moodboard, or brief and bring it to life through thoughtful, visually appealing designs. While you'll work closely with our team and receive guidance on projects, we also welcome fresh ideas and creative input

Responsibilities

• Design photostrip frames, booth assets, and other photo booth related creative materials
• Create marketing collaterals across both digital and print formats, including posters, social media graphics, flyers, banners, signages, and promotional materials
• Translate concepts and briefs into polished visual designs that align with Hana Film's brand identity
• Prepare artwork files for production and printing when required
• Support the design needs of campaigns, collaborations, events, new store launches, and seasonal activations
• Contribute creative ideas, references, and design directions for upcoming projects
• Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints and brand materials
• Assist with other ad-hoc design projects as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design thinking, and attention to detai
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign is a plus)
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Strong sense of aesthetics and awareness of current design trends
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Illustration or drawing skills are a plus

The Role  
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This is a broad role covering events, booth design, and the full range of digital and print marketing assets. You will own projects end-to-end – from concept through to final delivery – working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders. 

This role suits someone who is self-motivated, takes initiative, and communicates clearly. B2B marketing experience is essential. 

Key Responsibilities 

Events & Booth Design 

• Lead design of event booths, exhibition stands, roadshows, and trade show materials. 

• Create all on-site materials: banners, signage, props, flyers, and brochures. 

• Handle on-site photography at events where required. 

Digital Assets & Campaigns 

• Design and produce digital assets for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat), email marketing, web, and online advertising related to events.  

• Build and edit PowerPoint/slide decks, including branded templates and motion graphics. 

• Edit post-event videos and webinar recordings for distribution. 

• Adapt assets across formats and channels as needed. 

Brand & Collateral 

• Design pre- and post-event marketing collateral: advertisements, brochures, flyers, and landing page assets. 

• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels. 

• Apply and uphold brand guidelines across both internal and external communications. 

Asset Management 

• Maintain an organised repository of all design assets for team access. 

• Audit and update existing collateral on a regular basis. 
  

Experience

• 8 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B marketing or agency environment. 

• Proven experience in booth and event design (trade shows, roadshows, workshops). 

• Experience producing video edits, slide decks, and motion graphics. 

• Track record working across multiple markets or geographies is a plus. 
  

Skills & Tools 

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva. 

• Solid grasp of design principles: typography, colour theory, layout, and composition. 

• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines without close supervision. 

• Strong communicator who takes initiative and flags issues early. 

• Team player – collaborative, reliable, and easy to work with. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.  

• Strong command of Mandarin (read/write) for stakeholder communication. 
  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 

• Portfolio demonstrating range across digital, print, and event design is required. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, and 3D perspectives

• Develop design concepts, space planning, and material selections

• Produce detailed construction drawings and submission documents

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams

• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and project coordination

• Ensure designs comply with project requirements and local regulations

• Assist in project scheduling and progress monitoring

• Support tender, costing, and material specification works when required.
