We are seeking a talented and experienced Façade Design Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for façade design development from concept design through detailed engineering and shop drawing stages, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of façade systems, structural design principles, and local Singapore façade design practices, with the ability to support project teams throughout the design and construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop façade design solutions from concept and preliminary design stages through detailed design and construction documentation.

• Prepare façade engineering calculations, technical analyses, design reports, and supporting documentation.

• Produce and review façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of façade design experience within the curtain wall, façade, glazing, or building envelope industry.

• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminium façade systems, glazing systems, and related building envelope components.

• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations, façade design standards, and industry practices.

• Ability to understand and explain differences between Singapore and Chinese façade design standards and engineering requirements.

• Support integration readiness by addressing CDC, reset interactions, timing considerations, low-power implications, and implementation handoff requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with digital, analog, and mixed-signal design teams, DFT engineers, SoC architects, and product/test engineering teams throughout the design and validation cycle.
• Translate analog or mixed-signal failure modes into robust digital detection logic suitable for on-chip test, screening, and diagnosis.
• Contribute to technical discussions on architecture tradeoffs, observability strategy, and practical silicon debug readiness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
