Professional and Technical

A keen interest in the regional wealth management industry – an aptitude to service the needs of UHNW/HNW clients: mainly Expatriate, Singaporean, Malaysian, and other client groups is essential.

Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETF’s and treasury products. Proficiency with financial tools such as Bloomberg and Microsoft Excel required. Knowledge in VBA is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the talent acquisition section which supports the recruitment lifecycle from resource planning to job posting, resume screening, onboarding, off-boarding formalities, staff orientation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee’s records and ensure required personal documents are in place.
• Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movement, contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment, resignation, etc along with respective administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning, design review, and implementation of M&E works for construction projects.

• Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and constructability.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design or execution issues.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and budgets for M&E works.

2. Contractor & Subcontractor Management

• Manage M&E contractors and subcontractors, including monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with contracts.

• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.

• Ensure proper quality control, defect management, and snagging processes.

3. Compliance & Standards

• Ensure all M&E works comply with Singapore building codes, electrical & mechanical regulations, and safety standards.

• Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings.

• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for M&E activities.

4. Testing & Commissioning

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of all mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ensure documentation, manuals, and as-built drawings are complete and accurate.

• Coordinate with authorities and consultants for certification and inspection approvals.

5. Team Leadership & Reporting

• Lead, mentor, and develop M&E engineers and site staff.

• Provide regular project reports, progress updates, and forecasts to senior management.

• Support budget forecasting, cost control, and resource planning for M&E works.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Experience with commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects

• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes and regulations (e.g., SS CP 13, CP 18, NEA, SCDF, BCA)

• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and project management tools

Roles & Responsibilities

• Arrange and conducts material and installation inspection
• Prepares the project quality plan and inspection and test plan
• Prepares material submittals for Client’s approval
• Assists the project manager on the method of statement preparation
• Oversee the overall on-site quality aspect of the project and ensure that the project team adheres to the requirement stipulated in the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Manage quality documentation such as certificates, test results and non-conformance reports are properly maintained and controlled
