We are looking for a Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Manage and update company social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Create, edit, and manage marketing content such as posts, newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
• Support sales team with promotional materials and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Create & distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Work closely with designers, external vendors, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals.
• Maintain marketing databases, customer lists, and ensure accurate records for campaigns.
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and preparing monthly marketing reports.
• Assist with additional tasks or projects as required by the management team.
• Flexibility to handle other duties as assigned by supervisors/management.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business, Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in the Marketing field.
• Well-versed with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Photoshop.
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese, which also include to read and write.
• Disciplined, organized, and confident to work with different cultures.
• Good understanding of fashion and retail industry will be more advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts for subsidiaries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.

• Assist in monthly closing of accounts, schedules, and reconciliations.

• Support project costing by tracking expenses related to vessels, jobs, and work orders.

• Maintain proper documentation for vendor invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.

• Assist in inter-company transactions and reconciliations.

• Prepare GST reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Assist auditors during audits by preparing schedules and supporting documents.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST

• Experience with accounting software (MYOB, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage)

• Proficient in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Assertive, authoritative leader with a proven ability to drive team performance

• Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Scope:

Office Operations: Organizing office operations, maintaining records.

Scheduling & Coordination: Scheduling meetings and appointments.

Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports, memos, and documents, as well as managing filing systems.

Communication: Handling correspondence via phone calls and emails, acting as a liaison between departments or with clients.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Accounts Payable (AP): Manage end-to-end AP processes, including processing vendor and supplier invoices, staff claims ensuring timely payments via Telegraphic transfers (TT) giro and cheques, and maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

Accounts Receivable (AR): Print sales invoices, issue debit notes and credit notes to customers. Follow up promptly with customers on outstanding or overdue payments to ensure timely collections. Perform receipt application, and debtor ageing.

General Ledger (GL): Perform month-end and year-end closing process, including accounting entries, preparing of journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet to ensure accurate financial records. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger records.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ Finance / ACCA or equivalent
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experiences

Close monitoring of the day-to-day sales operations.

• Manage the calling of Quotations and Tenders.
• Provide advice to project teams on post contract management.
• Implement policies and process and review process with outsourced vendor and internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and achieve value-for-money procurement.
• Manage and ensure timely execution of all the following GeBIZ procurement processes for Quotations and Tenders.
• Main tasks include sales and manpower monitoring, resolve problems and conflict, effective communication channel and gather important up-to-date market feedback from the customers.
• Enhance good relationship between customers and company.

Sales Executive Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
