Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Assistant Manager, IP Experience (Licensing & Activations) to support the execution and growth of our IP-led business across Asia.

This role sits at the intersection of licensing, retail activations and brand collaborations and will be responsible for driving partnerships, managing licensees, and executing pop-ups and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Licensing & Partnerships

• Support the development and execution of licensing strategies across Southeast Asia and key Asian markets
• Identify, engage and onboard new licensees across categories (apparel, lifestyle, consumer products, etc.)
