JobDescription

• Assist in producing e-learning materials (PowerPoint slides, infographics, playbooks, animations)
• Content will be provided, to conduct content analysis, identify gaps in information, ensure accuracy in capturing learning objectives
• Work closely with in-house designers and developers to ensure content is accurately translated into interactive bite-sized content
• Generate PowerPoint slides as training materials based off interactive bite-sized content
• Any other ad-hoc QA required for the project

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Instructional Designer or Learning and Development (technical experience e.g. Storyline is not required)
• Experience creating slides and working with PowerPoint
• Able to critically interpret feedback and exercise judgment in fine-tuning and adjusting bite-sized content
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work quickly in fast paced environment
• Detailed and meticulous to ensure content is transferred fully and accurately, animations, links, formatting are inserted correctly

What will you do?

• We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients
• UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
• To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in designing annual reports, particularly for government bodies or public sector organisations.

This role requires someone who understands not just visual design, but also how to translate complex data and narratives into clear, engaging, and compliant report formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality annual reports (digital and print-ready) for government and corporate clients

• Translate complex information into clear, engaging infographics, charts, and visual storytelling elements

• Ensure all designs align with government branding guidelines, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams (content writers, project managers, stakeholders) to structure and present report content effectively
