About the role:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. The Role

The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets and margins, be involved from initiation to completion of sales cycles; with particular focus on maintenance sales, the incumbent will ensure high level of client engagement and identify development potential in existing accounts. • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and site issues.

• Supervise construction works and ensure quality standards are met.

• Track project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

• Attend and present updates during project meetings.

• Organize and chair site coordination meetings with subcontractors, nominated subcontractors (NSCs), and suppliers.

• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• At least 6 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural works.

• Experience managing landed house projects is preferred.

• Ability to provide a summary list of projects previously managed.

• Proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft Word

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

• Knowledge of: (Advantageous)

  • AutoCAD

  • Microsoft Project
