Sales Region: 50% Singapore and 50% Asean (Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines)

• New customers creation. To identifyingpotential customers with planning and organizing sales call schedule by cold calls or given sales leads. What you'll do
As an Inbound Sales Representative, SME & Growth, you’ll join our fast-growing and dynamic team to drive Airwallex’s future growth engine across Southeast Asia. You will challenge the norms, never settle, and relentlessly find a way to create an even better experience for future clients. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales funnel of SME leads in Indonesia - from prospecting, qualifying, pitching, onboarding, to activating new clients across Indonesia. Who you are

Minimum qualifications:

• Local market knowledge as this role will be supporting clients based in Indonesia: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) to interact with Indonesia based clients.
• Familiar with local business culture and the Indonesia business landscape.
• Driven, resilient, and willing to put in the hard work needed to achieve your KPIs.
• Comfortable in calling 40 leads a day, or more, to ensure coverage across leads assigned to you.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a great communicator on the phone and via email to Indonesia-based clients.
• Experienced in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders succinctly and confidently.
• Able to efficiently work at scale with many leads, demonstrating strong prioritisation and time management.
• Knows how to problem solve, address, and resolve issues effectively
• >3 years experience in sales in fintech, payments, saas, or a high-growth industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Develop new business accounts and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key clients .
• Logistics and freight forwarding sales including:
• Cold calling
• Issuing quotations and preparing bids to secure sales with customers
