3. Strategic Negotiations & Vendor Management

● Compliance Management: Ensure the organization remains 100% compliant with EULAs and SaaS terms of service through regular internal reconciliation of deployments against entitlements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

● Experience: 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Procurement, or IT Operations.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who will be the co-founder’s right-hand partner in shaping our brand, growing our customer base, and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

Role Overview:

As Marketing Executive, you will oversee all marketing activities, from strategy to day-to-day execution. You will manage content marketing, coordinate with creators, and plan campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and brand loyalty. You will work closely with the co-founder to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring every campaign reflects our brand values and growth objectives.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for all three outlets, aligned with the founder’s vision and business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Manage content strategy, including creation, scheduling, and repurposing for multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with creators, influencers, and partners for collaborations and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Assist in branding, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations, including copywriting, visuals, and campaign logistics.
• Act as the founder’s strategic partner, providing recommendations to grow the brand and improve marketing efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty or retail.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, social media platforms, and creator partnerships.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing campaigns end-to-end.
• Experienced in analysing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

RoleOverview

This rolesupports both procurement and administrative functions, ensuring smoothoperations across departments. The position is split approximately 65%Procurement and 35% Administrative support.

Key Responsibiities:

1.Procurement (65%)

• Source and obtain competitive quotations from vendors and contractors for goods and services
• Issue RFQs (Request for Quotation) and evaluate submissions
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost efficiency
• Coordinate meetings between vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders (including site visits when required)
• Manage purchase coordination, including order placement and delivery tracking
• Ensure timely fulfillment of procurement requests across multiple locations

2.Administrative Support (35%)

• Handle daily mail operations including franking, courier coordination, and dispatch
• Prepare and maintain reports related to outgoing mails and monthly SOAs
• Manage franking machine operations, including credit top-ups
• Oversee office pantry supplies (e.g., beverage stock replenishment)
• Verify and manage corporate phone bills (e.g., Singtel billing)
• Maintain and update internal telephone directory
• Liaise with courier vendors for document dispatch and collection (including urgent requests)
• Ensure proper transport of bulk mail items to the post office

3. Finance& Asset Coordination

• Verify budget codes (GL accounts) in collaboration with Finance for purchase requests
• Support asset tagging and tracking across multiple locations in line with audit requirements
• Assist in bi-annual asset audits
• Follow up with departments on submission of outstanding invoices

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in procurement and/or administrative roles
• Strong administrative and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Working Hours:  8:00am – 5:15pm OR  8:30am – 5:45pm
