Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-calibre Finance Director/Senior Manager to assume a key financial leadership position in our paint manufacturing group. This executive role is responsible to support the full spectrum of the finance function across multiple business units, including financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering as well as digitalization in our Indonesian organization.

Job Summary:

Operational, Technology and Cyber Risk (OTCR) is a second line-of-defence Risk department that provides independent challenge, guidance, and oversight of first line-of-defence (1LoD) risk management. • Thorough understanding of it security business process risks, threats, and internal controls relevant for managing and mitigating risks.

• Strong knowledge of cyber security and technology frameworks, information security principles, architecture.

• Technical knowledge across a broad range of ICS and technology risk capabilities including cyber defence, security monitoring, analytics, dlp, access management, cloud etc. Etc.

• Strong leadership, negotiation and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a complex multicultural and multi-time zone organization.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with experience across various levels in the organization including senior leadership teams, in influencing key decisions taken in the business and in support teams.

• Ability to collect and analyse data, establish facts, and make recommendations based on sound risk management principles.

• A passion for keeping technical knowledge and skills up to date and horizon scanning new and emerging thematic risks from new technology or techniques.

• Ability to articulate inherent and residual risk with specific ability to communicate complex ICS, technology and process risk clearly, concisely, and accurately to non-technical stakeholders in a lucid way.

• Must be a self-starter who is able to initiate and successfully drive initiatives to completion with little or no management supervision.

• Certifications Professional certifications related to ICS and technology risk are desirable (e.g., CCSP, CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CISM, GIAC etc).

The role

You'll own our global marketing engine — from brand awareness to revenue growth to turning customers into lifelong advocates. As part of our leadership team, you won't just lead a function; you'll help co-create our culture. You partner directly with the CEO on brand direction, strategy and high impact decisions.

Main responsibilities :

Revenue & Customer Growth

• Own end-to-end e-commerce revenues and profitability across all markets
• Drive full-funnel growth — optimise channel mix, reduce CAC, improve LTV
• Partner with Retail to drive omni performance, market awareness, and store traffic

Commercial Calendar & Campaign Discipline

• Lead the annual and monthly commercial calendar — fewer, bigger, higher-impact campaigns
• Ensure every campaign has a clear objective, defined hero products, and measurable ROI

Product Marketing & Brand

• Partner with Merchandising to identify hero products and shape compelling go-to-market narratives

Qualifications & Experience

• 10–15 years building and scaling consumer, retail, e-commerce, or fashion brands
• Owned revenue and P&L — not just influenced it
• Equal parts brand judgment and commercial instinct — you don't choose one over the other
• Fluent in the modern marketing stack and actively using AI to work smarter
• Hands-on operator who has scaled something in a multi-market, scale-up environment

Responsibilities

• Perform cost analysis and evaluate project costing to establish budgets for awarded projects;
• Monitor project cost budgets and cash flows for project, track changes in design and construction works, and revise budget projections accordingly;
• Oversee contractual matters, progress claims, variation claims and payment certifications including final account settlement;
• Establish procurement procedures, manage the negotiation process with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure that purchases are cost effective and subcontracts awarded are within project budgets;
• Oversee operational matters and implementation of project management processes to ensure that projects are completed within budgeted cost and targeted profits are achieved;
• Overall planning and reviewing of project resource allocation(staff, worker, tools and machinery) to optimise operating cost of projects;
• Provide guidance, training and support to project managers, project supervisors, quantity surveyors and designers to achieve timely completion of projects, improve overall efficiency of projects, ensure quality of projects/products and compliance with safety requirements;
• Act as the key contact for customers and external parties such as architects, consultants and regulatory authorities;
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication;
• Maintain and implement ISO Quality System, Safe Work Practices and Risk Assessment in the Company;
• Ensure compliance of works executed with regulatory and statutory requirements;
• Manage and monitor the competency of operational staff and oversee their performance in the aluminium business; and
• Perform any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field
• Min 7 years commercial experience in Aluminum industry, or others equivalent
• Have experiences in dealing with HDB project tendering will be advantage
• Equipped with good aluminum knowledge and good interpersonal relationship skill
• Experience in Aluminum industry would be preferred
• Able to travel to Malaysia plant
• Self-motivated individual with good business acumen (Business management, leadership, financial literacy, critical thinking)
