Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive in Singapore, to manage daily accounts functions and quarterly reporting while supporting finance, payroll, contracts, and executive operations to drive organisational efficiency and compliance. This could be a part-time role for people re-entering the workforce after a career break, or an excellent opportunity for mid/late career professionals who know their way around the usual finance and accounting needs of an SME.

Responsibilities

Finance and Payroll Support

• Process payroll data confidentially, including managing e-signing of staff contracts and client documents to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Submit CPF contributions and upload required information onto the CPF portal to maintain statutory compliance
• Prepare and file Annual IR8a tax forms accurately for all employees
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST submissions to support financial reporting and compliance

Sales

• Actively solicit and generate new accounts as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communications

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Fundraising Executive to support the backend operations of our fundraising function.
