Responsibilities:

1. Event Operations Support:

Provide day-to-day support to the project lead in managing event operations.

Oversee team management, supplier/vendor coordination, and venue logistics to meet event, internal, and client expectations.

2. Project Workflow Planning:

As an Executive, you will play a key role in driving TriGen’s growth and sustainability through fundraising, corporate partnerships, and brand development. 1. Fundraising & Resource Mobilisation

• Conceptualise and execute innovative fundraising campaigns (youth-led, digital, and community-based)

• Develop grant proposals, sponsorship decks, and donor reports

• Support Directors in strategic partnership conversations and pitches
