Requirements

• Minimum A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, EEE, or a related field.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Scrum Master/RDPM/ITIL may be advantageous.
• Project Management experience directly involved in medium and large projects in the Physical security industry/field (e.g. ACS, CCTV, IDS, or any physical security system certification) is an advantage.
• A minimum of five years' experience in the industry.
• A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.

SUMMARY

To ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining reputation and standards. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the business and financial success of the outlet operations by applying knowledge in F&B costing and cost control, including staff and food cost
