The Manager, Social & Performance Marketing will lead and oversee the social media and digital performance strategy for two hotel brands across eight properties in Singapore. Working closely with appointed creative and media agencies, this role ensures strong brand presence, consistent content quality, and effective paid media execution. We are seeking a sophisticated and driven Assistant Manager, Concierge to lead our front-of-house team at a prestigious high-end residential development in the heart of Marina Bay. This is a pivotal leadership role for a service professional who thrives on interpersonal interaction and takes immense pride in delivering a "Gold Standard" resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated Concierge team to achieve excellence in daily operations
• Service Excellence: Enhance and uphold bespoke service standards, ensuring every resident interaction is seamless, professional and personalized
• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the Management Team to align concierge operations with the overall estate management goals
• Operational Management: Oversee roster planning, handle complex resident inquiries and ensure the lobby and communal facilities reflect the luxury status of the development

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in luxury hospitality, premium residential services or high-end guest relations
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Leadership: Strong team-building skills with a passion for coaching and developing staff
• Flexibility: Ability to work a 5-day work week (including weekends) on a rostered basis
• Availability: Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts on selected Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as working on Public Holidays.
