Job Summary

Provide chairside assistance to dentists in clinical procedures and support daily operations within dental clinics, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist dentists in clinical procedures including operative, surgical, endodontic, and prosthodontic treatments
• Support dental radiography procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Monitor and maintain storage conditions of dental materials
• Comply with infection control and safety regulations
• Support emergency response duties when required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Able to commit for 3 to 6 months
• Comfortable with hands-on clinical duties (chairside assisting)

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts cum HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting and HR functions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts, payroll, work pass applications, and worker administration, including coordination with dormitories. Candidates who are Singaporean or Malaysian Chinese are preferred due to the need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers and stakeholders.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.)

• Prepare yearly financial statements
• Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process

• Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on work pass matters
• Coordinate workers’ accommodation with dormitories
• Manage workers’ welfare and documentation (e.g. medical checkups, insurance, onboarding)
