• Diploma in Architecture
• At least 3 years relevant experience

Job scope:

• Attend to all daily subcontractors meeting to discuss daily structure and architectural issues to meet the project target schedule.
• Check the site progress and safety compliance of the subcontractors and report the findings to the immediate superior and safety officer.
• Check the subcontractors’ works are done accordance to the approved drawings/ details and take remedial actions for non-conformance.
• Equipped with the knowledge to conduct daily activities inspections with the project RE or RTO and take actions to clear their comments to ensure that the works are approved for commencement.
• Keep proper records of the inspection forms for future reference and submit as evidence for legal issue arising from unforeseen future defects.
• Show added confidence when dealing with general workers or subcontractors and peers, when in doubt to always seek consultation with senior site staff and to understand contractors’ contractual obligation and practice mutual respect at all levels.
• Participate in assisting the Environmental Health Safety program set by the PM and WSHO that will contribute to a safe and clean site.
• Provide Guidance to new site supervisor that join the company to ensure seamless integration to the team without affecting the site progress.
• You may required to work varied hours or late-night work as may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties.

Job responsibilities:

• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and execute performance-driven campaigns on Meta and Google
• Build and optimise conversions funnels, running A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages and sales pages to maximise return on ad spend
• Translate offers and big ideas into compelling hooks and messaging that attract, engage and convert
• Write authentic and persuasive direct-response copy across ads, video scripts, landing pages, sales pages, emails, and more
• Conceptualise thumb-stopping video ads and work closely with video editors to bring them to life — from scripting and storyboarding to post-edit briefs
• Produce clear creative briefs for designers to create visually exciting ads, landing pages and other visual assets
• Work with content specialists to develop lead-generation assets such as e-books, reports and short courses
• Leverage Gen AI tools to accelerate the conceptualisation and production of marketing assets
• Stay ahead of new ad channels, formats, tools and creative trends

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum one year of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or performance marketing
• (Preferred) Interest in financial markets, investing, or trading
• Strong copywriting skills (ads, landing pages, emails)
• Experienced in funnel building and marketing angles

Job responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels to drive free trial signups and paid subscriptions
• Continuously test and scale ad campaigns — running creative variations across audiences, formats, placements, and messaging to identify what works
• Conceptualise thumb-stopping static and video ad creatives, and produce clear briefs for designers and video editors to bring them to life
• Track, optimise and report on campaign performance to improve acquisition costs, trial-to-paid conversion rate, and ROAS, with a focus on sustainable growth
• Identify and build audience segments based on user personas, platform data, and market research to sharpen messaging and improve campaign performance
• Stay ahead of paid marketing trends and product developments, especially in the SaaS and fintech space

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google
• Experience in SaaS or fintech marketing
• (Strong plus) Experience marketing to US audiences
• (Preferred) Interest in financial markets, investing, or trading
