Join Hy-Ray Pte Ltd as an Admin Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage orders and inventory, coordinate logistics, and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities to support the sales team in achieving operational goals
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and quotations accurately to ensure smooth sales processing
• Liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
• Respond promptly to tele-sales and email enquiries to maintain customer satisfaction
• Assist walk-in customers by addressing their needs and providing product information
• Update stock records and communicate sales matters with management for informed decision-making
