The Supply Planner will be part of our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Planning team. The duties include developing supply plans, manages global inventory and stock transfers, and coordinates replenishment across distribution centers. He/she will monitor inventory for performance, optimize stock levels, and minimize waste. The role collaborates with multiple teams on forecasts, product allocation, and life cycle management, and provides guidance to junior supply planners.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Actively engage with Global Marketing on Product Life Cycle management in NPI (New Products Introduction) and/or EOL (End of Life) process. Integrate plan with manufacturing site(s) to ensure supply continuity and/or raw material/component discard risk.
• Collaborate with multiple functions (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, Demand Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and other internal stakeholders) to improve supply plan and work processes.
• Support the co-ordination and guidance to Supply Planner I and II.

Objectives of the position:

Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Ensure that LNG operations fully comply with Shell’s internal standards including compliance and HSSE, paying special attention to HSSE hazards and risks that may have impact on Shell’s license to operate.
• Ensure that all commercial and operational obligations/nominations arising from the contracts are carried out, and that any necessary requirements are complied with.

• Multi-task on priorities and think on your feet to deal with contractual, or operational problems ensuring that they are managed professionally and optimally for the trading business.

What we need from you

• Good understanding of international trade, maritime transportation, and commodity markets.
• Strong understanding of value drivers in LNG trading, LNG operations, Gas markets and Gas operations. Proven track record of experience in Commercial LNG and Commercial Gas Operations.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitoring data centre systems, including servers, network devices, storage systems.

• Monitoring and recording environmental conditions within the data centre, such as temperature, humidity, and power usage. Ensure aircon is in healthy state.

• Ensuring compliance with physical security procedures, managing access control, and managing CCTV and security access.

• Eye-ball checking of system faults and failures

•  Coordinate all works in the data centre – eg. packing tapes for transport, preparing for incoming or outgoing equipment with DC Facility Management.

• Escorting engineers/customers when required.

• Onboarding and offboarding customers when required.

• Troubleshoot and escalate issues according to escalation matrix and procedures.

• Respond to calls and emails from Operations Managers, customers, etc.

• Return to HQ on adhoc basis when requested.

•  Maintaining accurate records of data centre operations, including access logs, environmental data, and incident reports.

Requirements

• Possesses minimum NITEC in IT related discipline or Recognized Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Information Systems
