• Support the maintenance of the security, health, and safety of the shelter environment.
• Access shelter units for maintenance checks, perform minor maintenance repairs and/or contact repair persons for necessary maintenance.
• Enforce shelter rules and conduct shelter inspections for compliance with shelter rules.

Administration

• Collect statistics for monitoring and evaluation of activities and programmes of the shelter.
• Perform and assist in data entry for client and operational records.
• Collect and maintain records of payments from clients for shelter fees and utilities.
• Maintain records of the distribution of rations / assistance to shelter residents, including the inventory of in-kind donations.

Order Processing & Billing

• Process and input customer orders accurately into the system on a daily basis.

• Ensure all sales orders and billing information are updated promptly and correctly.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for order processing activities.

Standing Order Management

• Maintain and process recurring customer orders, including scheduled and standing orders.

Role Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

a. To support day-to-day operations in warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.

b. To prepare all shipping document for import and export shipment.

c. To perform the role of contact point with internal and external stakeholder on shipment arrangement.

d. To assist on customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.

e. To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
