Duties:

• Monitor project progress within the assigned region and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors, stakeholders, and the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) for smooth execution of works.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and reduce rectification costs.
• Assign tasks to foremen and workers, ensuring effective delegation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, including worker training, risk assessments, legal requirements, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Lead daily toolbox meetings and communicate safe work practices to all staff.
• Prepare and submit rectification papers and monthly repair cost reports to the AOM.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Motivate and inspire team members, fostering creativity and innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
• Supervise batching plant operations, ensuring accurate chemical dosing, equipment maintenance, and high-quality concrete output.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the AOM.

Requirement:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in project/site management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project cycle from start to handover ensuring timely completion, high quality standards and client satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore's interior construction processes, materials, and vendor / subcontractor management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong project coordination, site management and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Job Description:

The Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial management for Therme Group’s Singapore portfolio. This includes statutory reporting, complex project accounting, and maintaining internal controls as the Singapore entity scales its operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Full Spectrum Accounting: Manage the full set of accounts for Singapore entities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing cycles.
• Financial Statements: Prepare statutory financial statements in strict accordance with SFRS/IFRS.
• Taxation: Oversee all tax-related matters, including GST registration/filing and corporate income tax compliance.
• External Stakeholders: Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and corporate secretaries to ensure regulatory compliance and seamless audit processes.

2.Project & Development Finance

• Cash Flow Management: Maintain detailed 12-month rolling cash flow projections to support construction milestones, capital calls, and liquidity requirements.
• Budgetary Control: Establish and enforce rigorous project budgetary controls to track expenditures, monitor cost-to-date, and mitigate budget overruns.

3.Systems & Process Excellence

• Digital Transformation: Drive operational efficiency through the optimization of key financial systems such as SAP Concur and Xero.
• Governance Framework: Refine and manage the local Delegation of Authority (DOA) to ensure an agile yet controlled spending environment as the team grows.

The Marine Manager oversees and manages the Company’s fleet of tankers, provide marine related input and advice, coordinates ships owned/managed by the Company and liaise with others to ensure Company’s fleet of tankers are run efficiently and safely. This person plays a key role in optimizing vessel operations, bunker efficiency, and fleet performance. Working closely with the Company’s Management team, this role is ideal for a Master Mariner with strong technical and leadership skills.

Job Description:

• Ensure all operational and safety requirements of terminals, charterers, customers as well as international and local regulations are met.
• Ensure all requirements of the marine management and navigation audits and inspections are met. 
• Arrange and manage audits and inspections required by the recognised organisation (RO)– ISM, ISPS and MLC.
• Arrange and manage vetting inspections, including submissions onto the OCIMF SIREonline platform.

• Request and distribute resources and shore-based support for the Marine Department.
• Responsible for preparing and administering the Marine Department’s budget.
• Ensuring that the department’s budget is utilised in a cost-effective manner.
• Participate in the review of the Safety Management System.
• Member of the Emergency Response Team.

Job Requirements:

• Seagoing experience as a Master (at least CoC class 1 or 2) combined with at least seven(7) years of experience of shore experience in relation to safety, health and environment management and compliance for product or chemical tankers.
• Familiar with international and local maritime regulations and requirements.
