About the Role:
The role of the Teacher Assistant is essentially to assist the Intervention Specialist and Special Education Teacher in the delivery of the education program within the classroom and support the activities within and outside the classroom to ensure students are safe, happy and learning in a positive and nurturing environment.

● Help students practice skills and build independence throughout the day

Position Requirements:
● Minimum 1 year of experience working with children who require individualized support.

● Proficiency in using computers and other forms of technology
● Strong references and attendance record

Qualifications:
● Prior experience working with students requiring additional support in an inclusive school setting.
● Relevant educational certificate/diploma preferred.

• Support the Polyclinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal manpower utilization, cost efficiency, and smooth service delivery.

• Drive and support the implementation of strategic initiatives (e.g., Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, Age Well SG) to enhance care delivery and service excellence.
