About the role:

Responsibilities

• Develop annual maintenance schedules for servers, workstations, RTUs/PLCs, networks, cybersecurity appliances, and field instrumentation
• Execute and document routine servicing, firmware upgrades, patch management, database backups, and fail-over tests in approved maintenance windows
• Lead root-cause analysis for SCADA alarms, network faults, hardware failures, and telemetry data issues

Requirement
