Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Receptionist cum Admin Assistant role in MOE Primary school. If you are selected,
You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Admiralty ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
● Concierge services – attend to phone calls and walk-in customers (pupils, parents, public, stakeholders)
● Using messaging apps to communicate events and send reminders to parents
● Check generic email everyday and forward them to relevant officers within a certain time frame
● Incoming Mail Correspondence: Record and distribute incoming correspondence upon receipt.
● Articles - Stock take Monitoring: Record and track all articles accurately, then submit to AM for end-of-term verification.
● Calling and confirming the attendance of parent volunteers to help in school events and activities
● General administrative duties including typing, filing, preparation of documents
● Printing of monthly CCA Instructors/Contract Staff attendance records
● Save transport approval (form SG) to a shared folder.
● Ad Hoc Bus Booking Coordinator transport for Students External Activities including
Monthly verification of Ad Hoc School Bus payment
● Filing of documents such as Bus Booking form
● Recording student injuries that occur during school hours through the Unwell/Injured
Student management system and Rendering of First Aid to pupils e.g. issuing of
pupils with plasters
● Assist in packing learning resources i.e. booklet
● Other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
● GCE O Level
● Able to use simple Microsoft applications
● Comfortable with visitors and pupils
● Recording and provision of simple first aid
● The Personnel must have at least 5 year of experience in administration

Summary:
Contract Period : From 29 June 2026 to 31 May 2027(11 months)
Working Hours:
● Required to work during School Semester 1 and 2
● Mondays to Fridays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
● Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
School Vacation
● Required to work during between March, September and December school holiday
● Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
● Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
