• Travel within Southeast Asia to meet clients and support sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full sales cycle for digital and IT services, from generating leads to closing deals.
• Actively engage in public and private RFPs, tenders, and government procurement platforms (such as GeBIZ).
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, technical documents, and presentation materials.
• Act as the technical advisor throughout the sales process, translating client needs into effective and scalable solutions.
• Showcase product features through demonstrations, prototypes, and walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with project teams to accurately scope solutions and align expectations with deliverables.
• Ensure client satisfaction by managing upselling, renewals, and handling escalations professionally.
• Monitor and manage sales pipelines, providing regular updates on key metrics and achievements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliable delivery.
• Evaluate and communicate the technical feasibility and architecture of proposed solutions, such as CMS platforms, custom applications, and experiential technologies.
• Act as a bridge between sales and development teams to ensure solutions are technically viable and properly scoped.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of combined experience in IT sales and/or pre-sales/solution consulting.
• Proven experience managing IT tenders and digital transformation projects, particularly within Singapore.
• Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and strong commitment to client success.

Job Description and Requirements of Programme Counsellor

Reporting Lines:

This position reports directly to the Programme Manager. The incumbent’s primary roles relate to provide professional consultation and advice to our prospective students on our well-accredited programmes and other tasks as directed by the management team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent the Institute professionally to provide information on the academic programmes available;
• Drive enrolment for part-time and full-time academic programmes;
• Follow-up on leads, course applications, enrolments and payments via phone, email and social media platforms;
• Work alongside with the Management to achieve individual and overall team enrolment targets;
• Participate in roadshows, career fairs and programme previews;
• Work with team to achieve student progression numbers and revenue targets for local students;
• Provide general support to visitors and perform tasks as directed by the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably with 2 years of sales experience in education environment;
• Competent in Microsoft Office and Familiar with social media platforms;
• Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Candidates who are sales and result-driven.
