Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Familiarity with fire alarm and suppression systems in large buildings or aviation environments is highly desirable.

Good knowledge of Singapore Fire Safety Act, SCDF regulations, and relevant Codes of Practice

Attentive, reliable, and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

This is a back-office function that handles end-to-end processing, document checking, settlement, compliance, and record-keeping for all trade products—strictly following regulatory compliance related to AML/CFT and bank policies and procedures.

1. Transaction Processing

• Letters of Credit (LC) & SBLC / Guarantees: Handle end-to-end issuance, advising, confirmation, amendment, transfer, back-to-back, sight/usance LCs, and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), including managing modifications, claim processing, and final discharge.
• Documentary Collections: Process import/export bills under Document against Payment (D/P) and Document against Acceptance (D/A).

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Cleanroom and HVAC systems.

• Experience in tender preparation, costing, GMP compliance, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

The Home provides care to 80 children and young persons from the age of 4 to 16 years old. Job Description

• Provide personal care assistance to residents in their daily living.
• Support in providing assistance to residents in managing their healthcare needs.
• Perform daily resident management.
• Monitor residents’ safety and ensure clients adhere to home rules.
• Perform activities according to care plans.
• Provide inputs for development and review of care plans.
• Chaperone clients between their appointments and activities to ensure safe transfers.
• Respond to unusual or challenging behaviours of residents.
• Respond to incidents according to organisational procedures during social, recreational and educational activities.
