We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving as a key point of contact for our automotive client. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and customer satisfaction of our automotive services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face to deliver professional and attentive service
• Coordinate repair and maintenance scheduling to ensure timely and seamless service delivery
• Troubleshoot customer issues by analyzing concerns and providing effective solutions or escalating complex cases
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, warranty claims, and payments for operational transparency
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency

Job Description:

As a Bancassurance Advisor, you can expect to embark on an exciting and very rewarding careertrack with an attractive remuneration scheme.

• Review, interpret, and enhance internal financial regulations, policies, and procedures to strengthen overall governance and compliance frameworks
